The document to the right is that of Dr Brown's (Atos) prognosis of a cancer patient  

 

It's deeply concerning as to how Lorraine Beckett and Elizabeth Bold (decision makers) working for the Disability & Carers Service based in Bristol could professionally adjudicate a case without fear of error as to  the illegible report of the elusive Dr Brown who had not met the cancer patient let alone carried out a medical 

 

It is also noteworthy that the date on the doctor's submittal is the same as the decision maker's rejection of claim letter sent to the cancer patient (what do you think !)
